Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Appointly, the appointment scheduling and WhatsApp reminder service operated by Eide Systemhub, registered in Norway with organization number 933597598 (“Eide Systemhub”, “we”, “us”).
1. The service
Appointly provides online appointment booking, WhatsApp confirmations and reminders, and a customer-facing reschedule link. The service is provided “as is” and may be updated from time to time.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- You may use Appointly only to manage appointments for your own business.
- You must not use Appointly to send unsolicited marketing or spam.
- You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Twilio's acceptable use requirements when sending messages through the service.
- You must obtain appropriate consent from your customers before sending them messages through Appointly.
4. Trial and paid plans
New accounts include a 7-day trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Pricing is published at appointly.in/pricing and is exclusive of any applicable taxes.
5. Data and privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of data you submit to Appointly and grant Eide Systemhub the rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf.
6. Intellectual property
The Appointly software, brand and content are owned by Eide Systemhub and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during the term of your subscription.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the messaging service, or pose a risk to other users or to our messaging providers.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind. Eide Systemhub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Eide Systemhub for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
