Give small and independent salons the same operational reliability that large chains buy — bookings that don't get lost, reminders that fire on time, and a shared calendar that removes the diary — without the enterprise price tag or the enterprise learning curve.

Why the product exists

Most Indian salons run bookings through WhatsApp DMs and a paper diary. It works — until Diwali, or a two-chair Saturday, or a receptionist's day off. The failure mode is always the same: missed messages, double bookings, forgotten appointments, and hours the owner spends chasing the schedule instead of running the business.

Appointly replaces that with one booking link, an automatic WhatsApp confirmation, a 24-hour reminder, and a shared calendar the whole salon sees. The customer keeps using WhatsApp; the salon stops copying appointments into a book.

Product philosophy

• WhatsApp first, everything else second. The customer's default communication surface is WhatsApp. Every other channel is a fallback.
• One thing well, not ten things poorly. Booking and reminders. Not CRM, POS, GST, inventory, loyalty programs, or per-staff scheduling. If we can't ship a feature at the quality of a dedicated tool, we don't ship it.
• Built for the small independent. A one-chair salon should be running on Appointly in 15 minutes. Configuration surfaces exist for the salons that need them, but defaults have to work out of the box.
• Honest about limits. We publish what Appointly does not do on the features and limitations page and audit every marketing page against it before shipping.

Who builds Appointly

Appointly is owned, built and operated by Eide Systemhub, a company registered in Norway with Brønnøysundregistrene (Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises). The team includes product, engineering and customer support, and we talk to salon owners every week. We do not have a marketing agency; the same people who ship the product write the copy on this site.
