Definition
A salon calendar is the single view every staff member uses to see today's and tomorrow's appointments. In a small salon it replaces a paper diary; in a larger salon it replaces multiple staff-specific notebooks.
Why it matters
A shared calendar prevents double bookings, makes handovers safe, and gives the owner a real-time picture of utilisation without walking to the reception.
