Definition
A booking link is the shareable URL customers tap to reach your booking page. The same link works in Instagram bios, WhatsApp Business greeting messages, Google Business Profile appointment fields and QR codes.
Why it matters
One link, everywhere, is the operational shortcut that lets a small salon collect bookings from every discovery surface without maintaining separate flows.
Common misconceptions
| Common claim | Reality |
|---|---|
| Instagram doesn't allow external booking links. | Instagram supports a link in bio and 'Book Now' action button. Both can point at your booking page. |
How Appointly handles this
Every Appointly salon gets a permanent booking link that never breaks and always shows current availability.
